The thing is that i hate chiken, i wud rather prefer a south indian veg thali than to have chicken in my plate, so i wud have to keep eating red meet no matter what :p:

I detest chicken too. No different to paneer or tofu.

I'd rather have a south indian thali too. Sambar chawal and those nice dry veggies and fried curd marinated chillies. :enjoy:

.
Roasted Sparrows anyone?

This study has been proven wrong recently.
The actual study was, processed meat in factories have a chance to affect cancer in some way.

Tip: don't eat processed meat.

I am vegetarian -- not strickly like some one start quoting me for consuming milk product or honey or something like that, and recomend everyone to be vegetarian but strangely there is lot of attraction of people toward non-veg. I tried lot of time to eat non-veg but fails so I ask the meat lovers few question :-

1. Does the taste of Meat is such a great than the veg items
2 Why do I feel reluctant in putting just one piece in my mouth.
3. Are human naturally vegetarian or non vegetarian.
4. If you haven't learned to eat meat from your parents from the kid, what would you have been veg or non veg

Thanks

1. Yes. A big yes.

2. It's your mental block. I will feel the same if asked to eat frog, snake, rat, dog, monkey, cat, etc. because I am not habituated with these things, but those who eat feel nothing about it.

3. Omnivorous.

4. Food habit depends upon both upbringing and enviornment...

But there would be hardly any meat.

A couple of proper bites, some nibbles to gnaw the flesh off the bones, chew the well cooked small bones for the marrow and juice, and its done.

I don't think the cats around here bother going after sparrows since they are so small.
