While Pakistan gained independence in 1947, the people of Pakistan inhabited the land for thousands of years and like most civilisations in the world, Pakistan has been known by different names throughout history.

We aim to provide information about Pakistan from Ancient times to more recent times.
The Empires which were created by the Pakistani people
Pakistani Ancestors who made their mark on the world.
And the events the Pakistani people have been through for the past 9000 years.

So what was the religion practiced in IVC? So how come Pakistan was ruled by Hindu kings Mauryas/Kaushans etc after the IVC period, that means Hindu kings attacked and conquered present day Pakistan? So what will happen to Muslims defeated and ruled India theory

Just coz a it was ruled by native converted hindus for some times doesnt prove anything....... its the same as india being ruled by muslims for hundreds of years...

And if you havent noticed....Hinduism in its modern form is an evolutionary religion.....Like all religions, Hinduism also evolved to include practices such as cremation, eating habits and idol worship....

Now seriously....give it a rest....the world and known historians are not going to change their opinion about IVC and its people because some Pakistanis have a complex about their origins and use history as a means to project achievement instead of doing anything themselves...

A guy in Trivandrum if he is a Hindu....has more in common with a native from IVC
Since the culture, tradition, scriptures and gods of the IVC natives are common with Hindus....

Pakistan is based on religion...Islam was NOT the religion of the IVC....
