Why do Indians make this a religious issue? Yoga is not seen in a religious sense by everyone other than Indians. It just exercise to release some stress and relax. I personally think it is a girly thing that has no impact on stress levels.

that should be reserved for the bedroom. if your having sex outdoors next you'd be getting even more creative. if i were to say it i will end up being banned.

No point in doing yoga or gym if you cant control your diet. Its a combination of diet + exercise that will lead to weight loss. More than weight loss , ppl should know whether they are physically fit like running a kilometer in 6 mins or doing squats or pushups without losing breath. If they are physically fit I dont think weight really matters.

More ever weight may be due to bone mass also. Some ppl have genetic trait that always make them become chubby. Going to gym is a short term approach having a active lifestyle like hiking,walking, more physical activities, less fatty food during dinner will go long in keeping physically fit.

By the way continuously hitting the gym requires a lot of will power. By the time ppl hit friday they enthusiasm for gym will be nil and food will be more. Not only that ppl tend to gorge on food after doing exercise in gym. Some times going to gym becomes a license to eat more food.:D

Problem is i am on medication, which slows down my metabolism. Even thou i don't eat much, i still can't lose extra 10 kg's. I have decided to try fat burners, do you think they will help?
Try this if you haven't already....
Just after you wake up in the morning, on absolutely empty stomach, drink 2 glasses(one initially if you face problem) of lukewarm water mixed with lemon juice(1 lemon is enough).......then wait for at least 45mins-1 hr. before taking any food.
Natural remedy, therefore no side -effects, but the process is slow......
You should make it a habit of drinking water on empty stomach....it's very good.

Yes, he probably is girly where it counts. Lot of guy's who do bodybuilding use steroids which are known to make you "limp as a wimp".

So yeh, he might pack it but he ain't probably got the punch.

Its probably good exercise for someone who do gymnastics

not every guy who's a body builder does not use steriods. im guessing your having difficulty getting in shape and just hate everyone who got a good body.
in regards to not packing the punch. it depends on the person them self.

if you do use steriods and get into a fight then your @$$ is going to get kicked either buy a big guy or small. mind you if a "sted head" is going to get into a fight then it would be stupid messing around with an actually built guy. and would pick on the little guy.

i have seen little guys kick $h!t out of guys twice their size. never underestimate the littleguy.
mind you can tell who uses steriods by checking how fast it took them to develop theri muscels and those who actually train are more humble and less showoffy, whilst those who use steriods are the opposite.

me personally im fine, not fat or built. 6 foot and 110kg, still no one messes with me though through reputation.

I do 2 to 3 miles jog/walk every day without fail in my local park come rain, snow or sunshine. On weekends I try to increase that to 4 miles. Keeps me healthy and full of life. I have done that since my teens. I hope I never have to see the day when I can't do that. Although I guess that day will come one day unless I get express exit. I hope I do.

My dad ( almost 82 ) is having kidney problems as they are failing. Looking at this the words of the greatest bard of the English language comes to mind:-

To be, or not to be, that is the question:
Whether 'tis Nobler in the mind to suffer

The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune,
Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles,

And by opposing end them: to die, to sleep
No more; and by a sleep, to say we end

I was referring to out door sex activity :D

walking is very good and healthy habit and i wish everyone realize the importance of exercise/running/regular walk/cycling etc

I remember same happened to my father who was patient of diabetes. Doc recommended him exercise when he could not even stand because of different problems caused by diabetes. He was tough soldier in his young age

I don't hate. I did some bodybuilding in my younger years. That's when I came across the steroids being used or maybe it ws only prevalent amongst the group I was in.

I never went into heavy bodybuilding. Did it more to remain toned. I never lifted anything heavier than 85kg but some guy's there were lifting railway boggies. Scary ......
