Wanted to write about this, but I just got back to Delhi from a weekend in Bangalore, and I'm rushing off to work, so I'm putting it up anyway. It's from a recent DRDO presentation and perhaps the first that depicts the LCA, AMCA and FGFA in an operational scenario. Comment and tell what you think this slide tells us.

DRDO talks more, Other than missiles not even single project started by it ended in sucess. Better India can Scrap AMCA Fighter Programme and buy 100 F-35.

If not F-35 India can buy F-15 Silent Eagle aircrafts, Problem is AMCA should not be a LCA Again.

i believe the AMCA is being built with Russian and French help , plus the lca was delayed because of the sanctions imposed on us . we literally had to re invent the wheel . that will not be the case here.

India can go ahead with its AMCA Programme , It can replace Jaguar aircraft, But Mig-27 of Indian airforce need immediate replacement, they can replace it with 50 F-15 Silent Eagles.

They can be replaced with extra Rafales and even Extra SU 30mki if needed

there are Rafales coming in, upgraded M2k, Mig-29s..and for CAP..LCAs are there.

Deep strike can be handled by MKI too. So there is not much difference if we systematically let Mig-27 retire.
