Hey whats the use of this robot? Well Iam confused ...... Can it be armed? Can it be used in combat situations?

It is armed to take out IED's. The best way to do that is fill the barrel with water and fire an explosive charge at the back of the barrel. This ensures that a water jet of extremely high pressure hits the sensitive detonator and destroys and floods it before it can explode there by rendering the IED or mine harmless.
