She has been NAMED in the news. This aint something based on a grainy picture. And watch the video, it's not a prosthetic.

what does NAMED mean? I can name you Marilyn Monroe but it does not make it so.

I did see the video and the images to me the women with the eye injury parts her hair in the middle and has blonde bangs. The women in the airport sports a side parting and has black hair. It does not look like the same person. The video is a compilation of still images then how can you tell she does not have a prosthetic eye?

.
cia at work  why seal medical report? next time come up with a better story

what medical report? what do you mean sealed medical report? can netizens see your medical report?
Get a load of this guy, lol.

well you did discredit their uninformed point of view. so yes...he is salty, kinda normal behavior around here.

I'm accused of being Indian /Pakistani/ Chinese depending on whose ego I shatter on any given day.

Named means she isn't anonymous. You are right that this new report is unverified but the burden of verification is not on them. It is up to the media outlets who broke the story to independently verify what they are posting is true. I saw no effort by New York Times to verify that this girl did lose an eye when they reported that she did. They know who she is, she is not in danger or in hiding, why did New York Times verify that she lost an eye?

According to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Yau Ma Tei that treated her..

"There was a long cut from the inner corner of the right eye to just under eye. Stitches were done late at night," read the post posted on Monday morning. "The doctor said the injury was serious and bones near the area which was shot were all fractured."

I don't think the blindness is even relevant, she was an innocent bystander waiting for a bus when she was shot in the eye by the police. The case the NYT made is that of police brutality and the use of excessive force. There is no further burden of proof on the NYT.

She was hit by a ball bearing by another rioter with a catapult. Not by a police bean bag There were no confrontation with police at the place she was shot. Police have record of any bean bag used.

And she was shown on other video participating in coordinating the riot.

She was waiting for a bus ? What did you just said ?

Why bother to reply him? By looking at his post, he doesn't even watch the video before making accusation, and clearly has no idea what was happening before the incident and the position of the bus stop. Not to mention, the disappearance of that woman after released from the hospital looks very suspicious, if she was indeed hit by the police's bean bag, why not suit the police for compensation? Instead she filed a law suit to stop the police to get her medical report. In fact, she was most likely hit by a slingshot by other rioter which was one of the weapons that used by rioters in 2019.

I am very very sad.

I am most curious as to what ketchup or chili sauce did that girl and her supporters used on that day.

I think must be very tasty ketchup or chili sauce.

I so want to buy that for my chips and dips.

But no one want to tell me.
So please please please, tell me what ketchup or chili sauce did she used?

No doubt she was injured, but not on her eye. The "broken eye" was a disinformation campaign to stir up hatred against the HK police by some insidious people and foreign power. If you have read the two articles, then you will have more understanding on what is going on in HK internal struggle.

So true. He is what he is. What ever facts will not matter to him.

All the info on this girl is available on PDF.
IF he is interested.

Oh no U.S. regime funded and trained terrorists and aggitators to destablize a foreign country LIE and make outrageous attacks and claims and hyperbolic exaggerations for U.S. propaganda?!?!?!

What an outrageous suggestion! You cant just make such outrageous claims up without solid evidence and hard proof! Her head exploded until somone shows us at least an autopsy of her brain from a doctor of a reliable U.S. controlled country published in reliable U.S. controlled media.

China remains guilty until you deliver us hard proof that our accussations are false and China has been judged innocent by us criminals!

In the end it doesnt matter if she was hit by a beanbag or a slingshot. She violated police orders and provoked the outcome.

The Chinese police was overall acting according to law and to preserve peace. There was a U.S. regime organized and staged riot with armed aggitators attacking people and destroying public environment.

A regime that guns down people in the middle of American streets if they make just the slightest mistake in following orders of the state and shoots protesters to death if they just try to forcefully open a locked door of a so called public building, is trying to turn somone getting a scratch in China due their own fault into sort of some crime against humanity .

NYT made two assertions in which they did not provide proof. 1. She lost an eye. 2. The projectile that hit her was launched by police.

That the doctor said is bone fracture and a cut. Not loosing an eye. Also the rioters were firing from high powered slingshots and it could have very likely she was hit by one of those.
