Imran khan is a politician and he has to think about his future election also. The choices he will or making now will hurt/reward him in future and truth is majority of Pakistanis are in favor of removing this atif miyan. Me too broken because I love Pakistan. But I don't regret my money I donated in shaukat khanam hospital and I will continue to donate.
What we are left with no option. Just wait and see. Things will get clear within months. Army will not allow imran khan chummma chatii with banned terrorist organizations and chumma with religious bigots everyday, then Marshal law on the way !

It’s happened to me years back and I stop worshipping him, still like him as our national cricket hero but highly not recommend to run a country. When he advisors like Orya bhonku and Shida Tali very easy to estimate his plans.

Nothings gonna happen to İK or his repute. The risk wasn't calculated and opposition took advantage of it making a controversy of it knowingly. İt was indeed a bad decision but the hold of Mullahism is strong and can endanger the lives of public office holders including İK. You don't want to challenge all the mafias at once as they've support of illiterate masses. I hope Atif Mian's services are sought at a later stage.
