The fact remains that, to till date thousands of Indian soldiers are still serving for better life of Congo people in the max number then any other country and possibly many many lost their life.

this is FIVE year old news. I know for a fact those who were found guilty of wrongdoing by the IA were dishonourably discharged and stripped of their retirement benefits. All in all it was not many 'bad apples' but still they tarnished the image of the IA and the IA treated them accordingly.

very good. such people deserve max punishment possible under law
