Some crazy facts they requested to us...
1. Generalissimo position must be in turn.. if the duration of that postion assume 4 years.. this trun for blah blah tribe who elected by all.. but for next turn this is MON turn.. next turn for Shan.. next turn Kachin .. Hay... we have 36 groups to discuss.. So one need at least 120 years to hold that postion back.. the worst thing is some of them haven't seen even a frigate and most of them cant classify what is fighter planes and what is trainers ..except KIA KNU and some majar tribe leaders.. but they jump to become Senior geneal at once.. However we said OK.. but plz attend national defence university like other generals.. they refused.. then how should we do..? Have u ever heard this kind of request in any other countries..?
And only Some among these 36 groups has true man power.. Most groups has totally a few dozen troopsincluding leader family and relatives but they hold the postion of General , Brigadier , Colonel.. and when army is reunited according to Federalism (the 2nd crazy fact i will express below), and they want to held his old postion without attending any defence universities.. singh..!!!
2. The whole army must be reunited as Federalism.. we accept the Federalism but cant do as they insanely said.. The whole army must be reunited as ratio of tribe and ships and planes as well.. and in example , in Kachin state , Kachin troops must be the maxium.. and they refused go another states... and also refused to submission of their arms.. 'ok. no need to submission of ur arms , then plz transfrom into BGF ' we asked.. refused..!! whatever we said.. they refused and requested above Federal again and again..
We do love our minorities more than any single person.. but we cant accept that crazy things.. Some of them not really want to get peace but just create state within state..
the above is the main facts that take long time our creased-fire agreement... But now we has a new agreement with most of major tribes like KNU ,RCSS , the main and strongest gruops...
yes.. the main income to buy weapons is drug trafficking.. check the every previous conficts with other rebels , China always warn when it close to her border.. but this time China herself is quiet.. See what we got after battle..

I hope that this unrest is solved soon, we have a lot of investments in Myanmar and future programs that will benefit all parties. @Aung Zaya --- my best wishes for Myanmar.
Its precarious, too, because these 'rebels' are being supported by a far larger force. A force that shares a contiguous border with Myanmar.
In a way, I'm glad that Japan, Philippines and Indonesia are archipelagos. The threat of land invasion from any force is nill. Unless , of course, their troop transports can survive a naval conflict, lol.

OKay ... let me analyze the crisis from China side. As far as i knew there'r two things that BeiJing government really care in North Myanmar:
1. The Burma-China oil pipeline project, 2015 January it start to work !
Just as we see in the map, the oil from Myanmar seaport ==> North Myanmar, Kokang areas ==> YuNan province of China. In January the pipeline successfully transport oil (official news), February the resurgence of conflict in the Kokang area of Shan state. Since 2009 there was PEACE in Kokang areas after controlled by Myanmar force, but now Local War is threating Chinese oil pipeline & energy investments in North Myanmar, threating China interests there.
2. The Burma-China railway project, to reduce goods costs/days through the Malacca, from India Ocean ==> Myanmar seaport ==> North Myanmar ==> YuNan province of China
For BeiJing & China 2x interests in Myanmar, at least only the PEACE can protect two national projects especially PEACE in Kokang areas, which Chinese oil pipeline & railway across through it.
I say ... BeiJing with Myanmar government. The PEACE in Kokang areas controlled by Myanmar military force, it following China interests.Compared with billions of China energy investment in Myanmar, to replace the Malacca ... BeiJing don't give a sh!t to local drug trafficking !

The China not quiet, coz Chinese spent Three years and 20billions USD to build the oil pipeline in Myanmar into YunNan of China. I think to support Myanmar military or Kokang fighters, this time BeiJing had made the select.

Though the Governor's Executive Council will be augmented as agreed above, it will not operate in respect of the Frontier Areas in any manner which would deprive any portion of these Areas of the autonomy which it now enjoys in internal administration. Full autonomy in internal administration for the Frontier Areas is accepted in principle.
So how about you guys lied and eat back Panglong agreement?
The USA National Guards can fire on Federal military if they trespass illegally. Isn't the tribes are taking legitimate defence accordance with the agreement and you guys simply lied and act gangster.

Clashes between the Kokang ethnic army and government troops were renewed in northern Myanmar's Kokang region on February 9. Kokang leader Pheung Kya-shin published an open letter, appealing to Chinese people everywhere that they should offer a helping hand to the Kokang Chinese. Some in the Western media and on the Chinese Internet likened Kokang to Crimea, which spurred much speculation. As Kokang borders China's Yunnan Province, refugees often rush to China when conflicts break out in northern Myanmar. Many of them are Kokang people, an ethnic Chinese minority in Myanmar, thus drawing heightened public attention.
It's not an easy task for China to deal with the northern Myanmar situation. We now are facing a diplomatic challenge. Varied forces in Chinese society should stay sober and avoid any premature stance or interference in northern Myanmar affairs, so as not to affect the government's diplomacy.
It's necessary to make it clear to the public that there are no territorial issues between China and Myanmar. As early as 1897, Kokang was integrated into British India when Burma was part of it. The Kokang are an ethnic group of Myanmar, but as close as they are to Chinese, they are not citizens of the People's Republic of China.
There are no grounds for comparing Kokang to Crimea. Those who are stuck in such comparisons are either spouting nonsense, or have ulterior motives. Peace and stability in the border regions are in China's utmost interest. China should play a role in fostering peace in northern Myanmar and persuading Myanmar government troops and ethnic armed forces to solve the problem through negotiations. A swarm of refugees pouring into China is detrimental to the border stability of China. Therefore, Chinese efforts to urge the peace process are imperative.
China should bolster the friendship that it has established with the Myanmar government and varied social groups. At no time should China get involved in Myanmar's domestic conflicts. Forces, whether in China or Myanmar, should not drive the situation in this direction. To solve the northern Myanmar conundrum requires both fortitude and wisdom. Clashes that have plagued the region since the end of last year have caused mass casualties and plunged the people into misery and suffering. Myanmar will hold general elections late this year, and we hope these will pave the way for national reconciliation and that ethnic conflicts won't affect the voting.
China stands firm on its Myanmar policy. Speculation that China will alter its policy toward Myanmar is a misinterpretation, which will mislead the citizens of Myanmar and China. The intimacy and sympathy that Chinese society holds toward the Kokang people are not decisive elements determining Beijing's policy. A subversive change is unlikely to take place in Beijing's attitude toward Myanmar. In a country of just over 50 million, composed of 134 ethnic groups and where only some of the 29 armed forces in northern region have reached peace deals with the government, it's difficult for the authorities to tackle all ethnic problems. We wish all ethnic groups, including the Kokang, will be able to seize the opportunity for peaceful development.

Plz stop bull-sh**ting around.. mate.. the dead bodies on the road isn't civilians but rebels.. Army wont killl any civilians.. i can post the pic of the arms collected from the dead bodies...
However Gov promises it will end within a few days.. we're doing to be calm down.. Now there is no urban-fight.. and most of refugee who run into the main land back to their places yesterday.. just only to do to be clear in border area.. may be resulting a few fight..
