Let me rephrase. It didn’t encourage, but force the Americans. The Americans had no problems as long as India was the aggressor and initiator. The Americans only came into action after Pakistan gave a befitting reply. We know the Americans all too well.

When India tried it's luck it's jets were intercepted but not brought down due to them briefly flying into the aerial buffer zone of 10km on both sides. PAF only shoot down intruder when 10kms distance is breeched during peace time. Your jets only intruded 3kms and given benefit of doubt were not shot down. PAF interceptors didn't realise that IAF jets have released their payload and soon ran away. It's only when some random trees on hill tops came, we analysed the situation, check if there was any causality or damage , there was non, we responded within 24 hours . We targeted deep inside India using our standoff weapons like , H4, H2 and REK, which went through isreali provided Indian defences like hot knife through butter. Making the mockery of Indian air defences and icing on the cake was Israeli upgraded SU30 . MIG21 bison and Mi17. Enough said.

Worst thing is, that India was anticipating our strikes and couldn't do a Jack.

2. They used SOWs fired from within the pakista airspace .
