And I agree, with Khan sahib here, but here's the rub - what do we do with the people - who shot young Malala, do we bring them to justice or do we talk to them?

I agree to an extent, but we cannot abandon a part of our country to be perpetually lawless, and in a backward way, they too must be bought into the mainstream and demand the rights and privileges of other parts of the country.

Yes but in many ways they are not ready to be eased into the rest of the country ! I think we should be mindful of that & be very careful in whatever steps we may take in addressing this issue. They are a fiercely independent people who are no doubt loyal to Pakistan but they at the same time have their own way of going about things, a way we may not agree with but we, must nonetheless, respect it. We must learn to read when to press them & when to give them leeway otherwise any callous action on our part could lead to terrible ruin.

Relax bro,hamid mir n some other anchors are doing the right thing by bringing the matter into the spotlight,so that all pakistanis can see for themselves what actually happened back then and hw these politicans n military establishment having been working against the wishes of pakistanis.If people of pakistan wanted benazir as their prime minister ,she should have been the one.since pakistan is a democratic state ,wish of the people should have been listened.and trust me had it been allowed pakistan would have been in much better shape.Our military establishment never allowed a democratic government to work properly n democracy to flourish in this country.Just take the example of our neighbours
