I can understand some uses of PC, but to the point it is being grossly misappropriated? In the university that I teach at -- they even created a "universal" or "gender neutral" rest rooms. Let me tell you that female faculty and female students were not all happy with that. To what? To appease an infinitesimal group ; the Transgender ? Just utterly ridiculous and a waste of university funds . That could have gone to proper classroom supplies or funding more TAs (which i badly need to help grade papers ....LOL)
