Unless there is remarkable change in the Indian government, bureaucracy, work ethic and infrastructure, expect to see more of the same even in 2030. The future is simply the culmination of the past that precedes it.

2030 is plenty of time to shape up for the short sighted but far sighted people will recognize that urgency is needed NOW. Or Indians can do what Indians always do - once the deadline looms just postpone it.
