Like it or not, The world views a religion by what its practitioners do,as long Muslims do terror attacks on other nations and Religions,The view will not change.
Neither is there a reform in Islam and neither do moderates in Islam stand up to the extremists,instead the moderates try to brush it under the carpet and in end become apologists for the Extremists or start ridiculing others and start pointing fingers at others.
As long, as this continues and there is no change in that behaviour,a Favourable view of Islam and Muslims is not going to happen around the world.

Well atleast, nobody was hurt when a fool jumps off a building believing he was Superman.
But in this case, People Blowing themselves up because they believe in Divine Sanction and Scriptures is the problem.
I don't need to point out the idea of "Trying to prove their religion as best and others are inferior/Bad and the need to convert others forcibly or finish them off if they don't convert".
Atleast Superman doesn't do that.
