Pakistan's threat to India is posed not as much by its weapons (since it already has plenty good ones) as it is by those in charge, namely, the Pakistani jarnails.

The same jarnails who hang and exile PMs, carry out coups, assassinate civilian leaders, launch wars all by themselves, and then lose badly in the same wars, discriminate between good and bad terrorists. Basically they are moving and taking Pakistan in a direction exactly opposite to what a modern progressive democracy should be going in.

If we look at development of Pakistan deterrence weapons and the reason, you would be asking questions to NaMO in first place along with Indian Generals threatening of so-called strike, cold feet doctrine and what not. Found nothing but mere blames and indian media representation.

Travelling through water is harder than travelling through air. The B3 has to travel under water after being launched and that severely degrades the fuel remaining.

Besides B3 might have been slightly modified and shortened in size to allow it to be launched from a sub torpedo bay.

it will be depend of PN strategy , if we decide to go for the Offense , than one Sub lingering around Indian Coast can create Havoc within their Fleet, unless and until its tracked and Destroyed , No sailor will have a Good sleep ..

There is one point I want to add here it is that the Akula Subs that India currently lease are to expire in 4 years and at that point India will lose its Agni Submarine Launch as Akula already has Ballistic Missile launch tubes and that made its job easy but after 4 years India will lose that edge if it decides to not renew that lease and with Pakistan's capability India requires that edge more than ever. But India moving towards French tech is pissing off Russians and they might back Down from the Deal That can result in Indian to re Develop the missile System as Akula were initially designed for such missiles. With French Subs they need to develop a more compact nuke design and that is an area where India Lacks a lot.
