this website has done a nice analysis on above documentary (Persian language):

according to the above source this video has been taken by "Ababil" (it's a 30 minutes video, you may find higher quality of it on YouTube), interesting part is that several F-18s and Helicopters scrambled to find the drone, yet it manages to return to base successfully.

in the documentary, you can see the footage of several carriers including CVN-70,CVN-72,CVN-74 and finally CVN-77, the latest American carrier "USS George H.W. Bush", apparently Mohajer-4 is the type of drone which has been used for this mission.
"USS George H.W. Bush" has joint U.S navy in 2009 and enjoys most recent radars and technologies.
so these are the list of American radars which have failed to trace our drone:

AN/SPS-48E: a 3D phased array radar which can trace targets at 30km altitude and 480km distance.
SPS-49A(V)1: a 2D radar which can trace targets at 45km altitude and 474km distance.
TAS Mark32: which is specially designed to trace low RCS objects.
SPY-1: the key component of the Aegis Combat System with 180km range.

I skipped the rest of their specifications, by a simple search in Google you can see the amount of propaganda behind these names.

impact of a small rocket(MK32) to USS Forrestal, led to a chain of explosions, the result was 134 dead, 161 casualty and 21 destroyed aircraft :

the result of a similar accident in USS Enterprise was 27 dead,314 casualty and 15 destroyed aircraft.
