Doctrinal Change in India's Defense

Yaro, Indiano,

Why do you get-hate up and raise your BP? Kamasutra and Arthasastra are part your rich heritage. Can you deny this. Don't get heated up;let's just discuss.

Discuss what buddy kamasutra or arthshashtra? you are pointing only these books in all your topic so what`s wrong with you?
both are part of our heritage.. so you living in koutilya`s time?:what:

.
People can get motivation from those books but they cannot use those medival tactics in modren warfare.

.
There is no point in Reporting a bunch of illiterates who know little or nothing about their heritage. You all are just barking away without any substance. Go and look up the syllabus in your War College, Senior Staff College and those for diplomats and Intel. I doubt you lot are either Hindu (which definition includes Sikhs, Jains, Brahmo Samaj, Nomo Shudra and Buddhists according to Indian Constitution). Could be third generation NRIs living abroad.

you know nothing about hinduism or Indians . Get lost . most Indians have never even opened the first page of Arthashastra .

.
I read those books(a small extract of them in english)and they are very informative. You must note that Arthashastra is not just limited to WAR.....It is a book on complete administration(in which army is a part). Wondering why Indian leader are not implimenting it! if I go by your argument that majority of Indians read it!

the point is it is difficult to implement it because it suggests to the leader of the nation what to do to make the country prosperous even killing and all other stuffs are termed as valid when such need arises for the common people their is neetisastra teaching how to live prosperously the whole work of koutilya came to light only after 1915 before that it is long forgotten not to mention these were written around 300 bc but still remains usable with present times

also majority of indians never read it its difficult to understand in sanskrit but there are good english translates also some hindi ones but the point is we indians are very busy with our bread
