Notorious, dude, are there any good Brokerages here in Lahore & if yes then what qualifications & experience are they looking for in a trainee/intern/raw recruit ? I've currently just a year of audit experience along with a few internships here there with banks to newspapers & NGOs....so I'm pretty raw ! Koi baat ban saktiii haiii ?

But I'm more into FOREX because the sheer size of the spot market (1.6 Trillion $ traded every day) & there being next to no barriers to entry - An absolute treat if one knows how to work their way around it !

So what qualification/certification & which kind of job experience would be beneficial in learning how to make money off the FOREX independently in (say!) 5-10 years time ?

One of my friends say that PKR is a little ill liquid, u get quotes like 95/99?

whereas in say INR u ll get 53.29/53.35

I used to be CISA certified... I didn't renew it. Sab fraud hai yaar, ISACA is just after the money. They kept emailing me, "We can recertify you if you just buy this course, I was like naaah... We will keep your certification in pending if you give 80 dollars...

Unless you really work as an IT auditor, its good knowledge that everyone MUST take the time out to learn but otherwise the certificate itself won't help you much.

My next goal is CBAP and perhaps do some technical certification for a change like OCP later on.

I am Auditor actually and in India CISA is must to be IT auditor.

Yup CISA is more focused on IT Professionals, but people in Audit field or working for Audit firms do sit for CISA to further boost their professional career.... not a bad Cert to have for an Auditor

yes...you should either be experienced or have at least passed CISA exam as you don't get CISA certification until 5 years of experience..

i did sit for CISA exam like 1-2 years back & studied CISA CRM once only... result i fell short of 15 pass points .....

ISACA mumbai mentors told me you should at least study it for 4 times before even attending review course
