What could if Wakhan Corridor becomes part of Pakistan.This little piece of land is separating us from Tajikistan.How can we get it or will we ever able to get it?
We can capture it by force, that , yes we can do. But that will complicate things and strong response from International community and sanctions will impose on Pakistan.

So the golden moment is now for Pakistan to ask Afghanistan to give The Wakhan Corridor to Pakistan.
Pakistan will pay Afghanistan like Pakistan did for Gwadar port.And Pakistan can also talk to Indian in this regard to pressurize Afghanistan.
Pakistan will only allow Its land between India and Afghanistan if Afghanistan sells Wakhan corridor to Pakistan.

You could either pay them annually a fee to lease the corridor or simply offer them some sort of strategic guarantee (like unlimited tax-free access to your Gwadar and Karachi port for import and export).

It will be a tremendous commercial deal provided your negotiators do their job well.

Security issues are resolving pretty fast in Pakistan, within an year or so u will see a different Pakistan altogether.
Yes it will be tremendous commercial deal. The deal that can change the economic growth of the region.But in my opinion it will be difficult to give tax free access to Gwadar or Karachi port. less tax or security guarantee can be offered

There is one method, but it's both unlikely, and far too expensive. Buy the land from Afghanistan, that way Pakistan has a direct route to Central Asia. I doubt Afghanistan would agree, even if Pakistan had the money.

India already reached Afghanistan,doing trade and investment, there is also a air base cum military hospital operated by India in Tajikistan and $70 million have been given for second as well.All this is without direct access to central Asia.

Yes the route through Pak is shorter and economically viable than alternatives including the Iranian route,but since Kashmir is a deadlock issue between India Pak,transit through pak territory is near impossible,in present or in near future.

Pakistan has already offered them access to the port, the Afghans are instead waiting for India to finish Chabahar port in Iran to complete (which will take far longer than Gwadar to become fully operational). In other words, this won't work.

We can get it with the relationship with Afghan govt by treaty not by force, Will we create a new northern battle field for Pakistan? what will the reaction of International community, USA,France India Russia? Will Pakistan success in the war against Afghanistan who defeat three super powers along with their nuclear assets?

What land? The Afghans already claim that 40-60% of Pakistan belongs to Afghanistan, it won't work. If the Afghans do agree to this land trade, they'll demand land that would give them access to water, which would make them no longer land locked. This would mean giving Afghanistan more than than the land Pakistan would be receiving, again, not worth the effort.

Why wakkan Corridor? Why not a road from China to Tajikistan. Pakistan already has a road that can be extended to Tajikistan. Tajikistan also has a road that can be developed to highway. And closest access to central Asia.

Pakistan needs an alternate route access to China/Central Asia besides KKH in future.There are other ways but Wakhan Corridor is the easiest.
