Dishonesty about Indian technological development

.
Bilalda, I will not go into measuring contests. But I can't resist mentioning @Rain Man here :partay:

Oh.. @Bilal9 is too excited to finally have a 70's musical fountain in Bangladesh...Happens....Those who have little tends to appreciate small small things a lot. :) Btw, we have such musical fountains etc. even in our smaller cities like Durgapur for ages, we don't even care anymore. Now we are more interested in things like a 460 acre theme park in New Town, or that modern Kolkata gate, and stuff like that. Not to forget that Bangladesh has the lowest number of cars to people ratio in the world, it's like 2 per 1000 people, that too mostly used Japanese cars dumped in Bangladesh, I suspect that even Uganda ranks better than Bangladesh in this parameter. :)

And do you still have those 'melas' when someone buys a TV or fridge in Bangladesh and thousands of people pour in for days to have a look at it, coupled with gathering of small traders like jhalmuriwalas, alur chop, paparbhajawalas, dolnawalas, to cash in the moment? :)

.
Does the word 'impartial' mean something to you?

If you are negatively rating only those who post the truth about India, and leaving alone Sanghi hyper nationalist fanboys here, then what would people surmise about your senior status and your impartiality?

I was going to ask you to reverse the four negatives you gave me but its entirely up to you....

Your crusade against trolls, which you have complained repeatedly about in your posts, should start with the three resident Indian trolls we have here i.e. Nilgiri, GSLV and Rainman. We didn't ask them to come here yet they did. And to this day they are trolling in almost every single thread here. They have trollbaited everyone here including myself. We don't go in the Indian forums to troll.

If you want PDF to be the platform for valuable and objective defence discussion favored as a resource for credible defence analysis then trolling cannot be the norm rather than the exception. Yet here we are...

Bhai, these Indian vermins will never get over their deep inferiority complex, a result of the 1,000 years of slavery which is a fact they are struggling pretty hard to digest even in this day. It's quite evident in the posts of the likes of Bombawala or whatever his name is, like a desperate attempt to be counted among the white skinned 'lords' and to shed their image as eternal slaves but as always, have to fail miserably and then attempt again without any shame, bearing the same coolie-smell. :)

When you meet an Indian, their effeminate nature sends a clear message how insecure and vulnerable this country is. After all, their massive dependence on Bangladesh for, be it the economy, security or even infrastructure, forces them to cover up this vulnerability with these funny and empty chest thumping.

Yeah better stay out of the argument.

The way railroads are built in Bangladesh is a bit better in our procedures and material used, in spite of,

Quite funny, because statistics says otherwise.

upload_2016-6-17_10-0-39.png

46 Km of Bangladesh Network has top speed of 95 KMPH, that's a whopping 1.5% of the total Bangladesh railway network. 50% of the total track has maximum speed limit of 50 KMPH. and 40% of the total Bangladesh railway network has a top speed of 25 KMPH!

that indians hardly have to build any bridges, Bangladesh does a heck of a lot better building rail infrastructure.

Yes a lot better-none of your bridge building programs can be compared with projects like Konkan/ Kashmir railway.

Bangladeshis have historically and typically spent much more on home appliances and cars than Indians

Quite funny, given that car sales in Bangladesh is 25,000 per year. Let's not even talk about motorcycles, which is at an even more miserable 250,000 per year- that's not 'fancy Taka 3 lakh+' bikes, but normal >150 cc commuter bikes.

Bangladesh having to import essentials like rails, ballast etc.

I'm recommending this as the most valuable and neutral comment in this thread for a positive rating. Bravo and well said!

Apparently that 'valuable and neutral comment' directly contradicts your narrative of an 'ignored discriminated South India which must seek independence'.

For India being a nation of 1.3 Billion people where long distance luxury buses of over 300 kms distance were only introduced recently within the last decade and that railroads were the sole method of long distance transport, and that materials like steel for rails and stone for ballast are all available locally in India and that indians hardly have to build any bridges, Bangladesh does a heck of a lot better building rail infrastructure.

I cannot comment on Bangladesh
On India there are bus routes greater than 300 km even 30 years ago.

railroads are still the most important means of long distance transport. India's civil aviation fleet is huge - 500+ jetliners.

Yeah laugh it up. The dhokeybaaji of Indian banyas and the hyper nationalist propaganda of Sanghi fanboys are being brought out of the Kimono - so to speak.....

Reasonable, intelligent Indians have known this from day one, now it's for the rest of the world to know about Modi magic, Sanghi monkey behavior and vedic economical theatrics....

Nice come back, after getting literally owned..

You started a whole thread based on one of my posts & now you're saying that you don't want me to come here ? Anyway, just FYI this thread is no longer in the 'Bangladesh Defense Forum'.

Do you not think that the person you're trying to explain the obvious to, doesn't already know it? They will play dumb for all eternity, exhibiting a massive degree of intellectual dishonesty; it helps them sleep better at night you see.

So again you have displayed further examples of your imbecile posts.

Quantum Dot LED displays are already there for some years, though use in TV displays has started recently. Now this Quantum Dot 'Plus' technology is the latest in QLED sector developed by the R&D center of Walton.

Walton conducts research for SpectraQ TV

Their sales are also growing rapidly, registering growth of more than 300% in 2016.

Gosh i have to answer an imbecile ...heights of spoon feeding.
Do you understand whats been said in that link "Walton condutcs research for spectraq Tv". Let met quote from the news, see the first para and second para

Electronics branb Walton has conducted comprehensive research on introducing Quantum Dot Plus technology’s next generation SpectraQ TV, which made revolutionary changes in the technology of LED television.

The initiative helped the local brand gaining huge customers’ popularity in the recent years and posting 313 percent growth in its LED TV sales in 2016 compared to the sales of 2015.

Walton also experienced a 118.21 percent growth in LED TV sales in this year’s Dhaka International Trade Fair compared to the previous one.

Abdul Bari, head of Walton Television Marketing Department, said, “Compared to the previous year, the sales of their LED TVs increased 313 percent last year. The market share of the local brand is swelling up in the local market in every month.”

This means they conducted market feasibility research before introducing QLED TV. Which means they had doubts if Locals will be afford it or if market is ready or does it make cost wise sensible decision to invest so much in marketing hype about SpectraQ TV.

If you still feel so good about your Walton, please share a single pic of company LCD / LED panel production line.
They just assemble tv kits and many times they just use chinese oem manufacturers, they dont produce any kind of LED panel . The cost of setting up something like that is more than the total turnover of walton in 2014.

It's you who can't swallow the fact that a country 1/8th your size was doing far better even in the 1980's.

Regarding jet travel - I already explained in numerous threads that even short 200 mile (320 KM) routes like Dhaka-Chittagong were served by F-28 commuter jets in 1981. Later the F-28s were used in other routes like DAC-SYL as well as over the border to Kolkata which were even shorter. Some very thin routes were served by F-27s which were inducted as well in Indian Airlines, but for much longer routes in India.

This is when India had only rail service for that length of route, if at all. Or they had to use these 1950's era crates for these routes....

Almost no airport in India had enclosed boarding bridges at that time, while Dhaka did. I rest my case....

Nowadays the standards of air-travel in India are much improved of course and Sanghi fanboys are trying to re-write history that does not suit the new 'glorious' Bharat. Now who has the inferiority complex??
