There are at least 3 Indian machine tool manufacturers with revenue about $150- 300 million.Here is a 5 axes machining/ multi tasking center by one of them, developed with IIT- Madras. A 5 axes universal machining center is underway as a result of the same collaboration.

Actually its probably an over-estimation on BD. You are going to have a terrible hair-pulling day when ICP releases the next cycle of figures seeing how little BD quality realised consumption is growing and your govt desperately searching for revenue extraction (taxing even low amounts of bank savings, trying to push a revenue positive VAT and increase tariffs on growing assembly style industries) which are both going to affect the basket composition matrix....all to have better political control.... I can tell you that right now. Its going to stall BD HDI even more than is happening now too.
