I know how monsoon season is in Karachi. Its like our cars are wading in streams. Water should be cleared from Karachi and we should have a good drainage system.

I'm not from Karachi and have never been to Karachi as well, so I'm replying on internet while trying to reply to your post, so pardon me for any errors.

As far as I know, NA-250 (Mr. Alvi's constituency) comprises of Defense, parts of burns road, saddar, Shireen Jinnah Colony, Punjab Colony and Dehli colony/society, kalapul and adjacent areas, urdu bazar, etc etc

While Rain effected areas are Malir Cantt, Chowrangi, Saadi Town, Gulistan Jauhar, Korangi, Safoora Goth/ Gulshan area, Nazimabad etc etc..

Now the question is, is entire Karachi is under flood? If not then provincial or city govt as well as affected constituency's MNA and MPA should be on field doing rehab work.. What's the point bragging about Mr. Alvi if his constituency isn't affected by floods??

not me janab i am from punjab

But he should be there if there is flooding in his area but we have to confirm if thats the case

i dont think city government or provincial will make his area priority even if he asks for help
