Proper Uniformed and desciplined army and law enforcement forces is a dire need for Afghanistan. As the spirits of the new fighters is high. It will fade away quickly and human being human will start to take advantage of their power if there are no authorities.

Country size of Afghanistan with 40 Million people atleast need 350,000 professional Personell for Army, Para, Border security forces, Police, etc Plus reserves. And Taliban fighters are what 70 80 thousands?
Plus the Old ANA and police was demoralized, Crack addict and directionless spoiled force.
They have to speedup reconstruction of Forces as well as arrange revenue infrastructure to pay to forces.
The legacy mode of Warlord is chaos in modern world.
Anyways lets see how it develops.
