Gao mutra is used in Vedic hindu ritulas but not even 1% of hindi drinks cow urine that too for supposed health benefits . There isn't advice or obligation to consume cow urine in Hinduism . Am i clear ?

Haha. That is not what the facts say on the ground. Patanjali, which sells gao mutara infused products, has had roaring success in the recent few years.

And yes cow population has actually gone down in India , though gau rakshaks may have become active in a presence of a supportive govt .

Apparently the Indian govt is setting aside funds for cow shelters instead of shelters for Indians.
