The Indians have already started to cry ,whats actually happening.! The Chinese and Indian high ranking delegations met today, and the meeting has just finished with no joint communique. Is it a stalemate or are we ready for FIREWORKS.
Meanwhile on the ground seems like both sides are preparing for WAR.!

High delegation meets when local commanders fail to respond. The meeting with IA's Lt. Gen shows that China considers other IA official ranks of no value, just like cadet level officers. This is indeed an insult for Indian Military. Counterpart meeting is usually of equivalent ranks.
It shows that while Pakistan and India were exchanging fire on LOC, China was getting works done for settling its base. Looks like India failed to notice it, with its full attention towards Pakistani Military. Caught off guard - is the correct term.According to Indian sources the Chinese had already started building up since December last year!

This buildup by Chinese will lead to eventually deployment issues for Indian Military:
1. Juggling troops between south (Pakistan) of Kashmir and North (China). Now not just troops but also logistics and ammunition and supply etc.
2. Multi front war is always difficult. China will open two fronts (Ladakh and Sikkim), while Pakistan can open one. IA was going to deploy its newly planned or raised Mountain Corps at both places against China.
3. Pakistan wants Indian military deployed against China on all fronts, just like India had tried that Pakistan's Military remains deployed on western borders against Afghanistan and Iran. Pakistan has finally upgraded and expanded paramilitary(FC) to endure defence of its western borders, so the regular Army can now concentrate against India. India had already resorted to creating Mountain Corps against China.
