Well I did not know Bengalis in Karachi are considered as refugee. They were there since the time of British. Arent they Pakistani citizen?
They aren't refuges, they are illegal immigrants:
Immigration to Pakistan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaImmigrants from South Asia make up a growing proportion of immigrants in Pakistan. The five largest immigrant groups in Pakistan are in turn Afghans[5], Bangladeshi[6], Tajiks, Uzbeks, Iranians, Biharis, Burmese[7][8] and Britons[9] including a sizeable number of those of Pakistan origin.
Pakistani officials arrested more than 2,000 illegal Bangladeshi workers in Karachi:
Pakistan Arrests Illegal Bangladeshi Workers - Migration News | Migration DialoguePakistan arrested or detained nearly 2,000 Bangladeshis the week of October 23 as the government imposed new rules to reduce illegal immigrants in Karachi, where they are considered a "security risk." The government considers illegal immigrants a threat because of their involvement in drug trafficking and weapons and they are a drain on the country's limited social services and jobs.
Illegal immigrants make up about 16 percent of Karachi's 12 million inhabitants. About 80 percent of the immigrants are from Bangladesh.
Work at the Karachi Harbor has come to a near standstill because more than 10,000 Bangladeshis, representing more than 60 percent of the harbor workforce, have avoided work since October 21 for fear of being arrested.
To assure you that no Bangladeshi will opt for Pakistan as I speak now.
if that were the case then there would not be 2,000,000 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in Karachi alone.
There are plenty of Pakistani working in Bangladesh infact a whole bunch.
Are they there illegally? Are they cheating the Bangladeshi government? And how many Pakistanis are working in Bangladesh both legally and illegally?
