What is the issue they already using bangladeshi airspace for every flight on that airport.

These flights are a part of agreements between different countries (open skies agreement). You guys also allow overflights by Indian aircraft - which is stopped during hostilities. Of course pilots have to ask permission from flight controllers in the countries they overfly. Indian airplanes and pilots also ask this permission before each flight.
