I have been thinking on these lines. Pak/pvt institution should open language school for metric on wards, Convince parents this is worthy and doesn't effect 'future' of their children. Children should learn italian, german, frendch, korean and japanese, swedish, etc. They also should learn at least one computer language. after 2 years, send them for cheap education in these countries. These people will have influence in these countries in coming days when they do phd, become journalist, etc etc. Also they can help converting eng/urdu islamic lectures in chinsese, japanese languages etc. Also converting our dramas into arabic to make our starts, their stars. Plus we have too many matriculate peopel but not as many graduates so extra people at least shoud go abroad.

In Australia, different government schools focus on a secondary language of their choice. Some schools teach Chinese, others teach French, German, Italian or Japanese, etc. That kind of diversification produces a Nation that appreciates world culture and diversity of human wealth. Such a system needs time to develop and time to produce children with language skills.

Pakistani needs are immediate. Can Pakistan hire Paksitani decedent students living/studying/born in these countries who are already ready for language and need debating/communication nad historical context to be ready to deliver the results?

But on principle, Paksitan needs to learn the value of diversity. The era of teaching one secondary language has come and gone.

Pakistan needs a think tank that exposes our policy and facts on the matter to a wider international audience. Start a worldwide UA campaign on major ad networks online and tv; get youtube channels, websites, blogs to publish about the impending genocide in Kashmir. We're sorely lacking on this front. It should be a concerted effort.

plus we need mobility of student (one year in 4 year graduation) in UAE, SA, BD, Iran, Turkey etc.... plus if possible then for European countries..
