The UAE's Ambassador to Afghanistan, Juma Al Kaabi, was wounded and later died of his wounds. UAE already got what they want, Ashraf Ghani and 169 million dollars.

Couple of SSG combat teams on capturing a mountain top overlooking Panjshir, they belong to 12 Commando Battalion "Ich Dien".

Someone doesn't like UAE presence in Afghanistan.... can't say it's Qatar, because at one point UAE govt tried their best to move the Taliban-US dialogue to UAE, but Qatar didn't let it happened and was extremely upset. Remember one major stakeholder Haqqani family members live in UAE and they have businesses there.
