The above person is Mauzzam Ali Khan, who apparently according to the BBC endorsed application of Mohsin Ali Syed and Kashif Kamran Khan to go to London and murder Imran Farooq. Apparently this Individual was in regular contact with Ifthikar Hussain the nephew of Altaf Hussain through out 2010.
