BLA is an internationally recognized terrorist organization. Why hide action against it if it is happening?

The only answer is nothing is happening and that is the reason why they are again and again attacking our soldiers daily

Large scale operations like seen in FATA and Swat were against thousands of entrenched militants that controlled territory.

My understanding is the BLA operates in smaller numbers and dont overtly control population centres. Therefore small targeted operations are more appropriate.

"IBO" are constantly being done, but BLA and other militant groups have deep pockets due to India. Their ranks are consistently replenished.
