DId anyone of you know the definition of AWOL and the definition of Deserted?

AWOL not equal to Deserting their Unit. AWOL mean Absent WithOut Leave usually you have a time off from war and you go back to your unit late, you listed as AWOL.

Desert is when you are manning your post, you leave your post and disappear or surrender to enemy. That's desert.

Being in the US Army myself, AWOL is not a big problem, not even a deal, most people need more than 5 days (Which is the most the Army would give) to unwind from battlefield pressure. Does that mean anything? It does not mean shxt.

People gone AWOL usually comeback, without any consequence. Granted, some AWOL will not ever go back to their Unit and then deserted. They will live forever as criminal (desertion is a federal crime) some people mistakenly say if you desert you can apply asylum in Canada or Sweden, it's true when US have draft and now, it is just a common crime. So the desertion rate is not high at all.

I have been AWOL a few time, you get slap a fine mostly, you go back to battle after you recharged. I for one will not take any action to people who AWOL for a few days.

Saying here US Army deserted and showing some 10 video and you want to expect the US Army is falling apart, i will say, mate, you get it very wrong.

Nothing but a bunch of quitters and whiners. I used to know someone that was charged with tracking down deserters. He said that they all have the same thing in common--they're quitters. When you look into the history of deserters you will find that when the going gets tough they fold and quite. What upsets me is that these quitters always have excuses for everything, they are natural born complainers that cry and moan about everything as if everything should be easy and given to them. They complain of school being too tough even when their tuition is paid for while others are not so lucky and have to maintain a job just to afford school yet those people endure.

As I stated earlier deserts have a history of quitting and running from their problems, whether its quitting a job, quitting school, or abandoning their families, they all usually have a history of some or all of the above.

Man i with u totally agree these people have all the resources good tax system developed countries but still serving zionists regime like they are there dogs on the other hand we people in Pakistan no education funds we have to to get hunger to pay our education fee or eliminate our education no health fundings but living like king our own but we need gud system.

On topic American people now have to wake up plz for the betterment for their self andfor those countries which they invaded to surve the scums.
