If he was OGW than why the court had exonerated him of all charges?

How long it will take him to say the terrorists forces entered his house!! what can a court do??? but we know actually what happened, don't we??? he may use the loopholes in the Judiciary system. but the army has their eyes on him... and there was no law that can jail a OGW earlier (as for as i know) Only now Army has been taking actions against them.

Militants comprised of religious organisations. A person who visited my house belong to Jamat E Islami or other religious organisations, it was not written in his face that he is a militant. So it can be an incident.
