Delhi gang-rape: Disappointed Twitterati express anger over lax punishment

While I feel he needs a MUCH more severe punishment I am truly impressed by the legal system in India. Unlike other developing countries where the Judge is judicial, legislative and executive creating new laws on the fly in India they don't seem to exist beyond the realm of judicial. It's quite impressive if you think about it.
