it will depend how much influence it has as a social media compare to facebook/twitter unless it is unlikely that a social media like defence.pk which have just ~55000 member and hardly 200 member join discussion will be blocked by any state . .

Since majority ( by very big margin almost DOUBLE) of viewers and users are Indian , don't you think time to change it's name from pakistani defence forum to Indian defence forum or at least British Indian forum ??

16mbps? which one is that in delhi?
