Hero...higher education is the subject of federal government while primary education is under provincials. The education budget comes under human development section.

Your federal government spends 781 b PRK on defense 71 b PRK on education and 16 b PRK on health. I am quoting from Budget brief publication, Ministry of finance, Pakistan..so check.

Your federal government has to lend money from IMF and world bank to run its budgetary allocations so lets not count on what could be allocated by your Provencal budgets for education. You are one of the lowest spenders on education and health in whole of South Asia.

As far as your 2.4 trillion economy, well, Pakistan is looking promising and it may be a smaller economy, but as it has started to grow, it shows a much better profitable market for the American goods than India, as there is less competition in Pakistan. I don't expect you to know Economy and Strategy, so I thought I'd eju-macate you. Whether you have 8 times more people or 8 times less people, two markets promising great returns on investments are seeing as opportunities by investors. At that time, they'd put money in both and will be happy making profits from both. No one can undermine the other based on their "population".

India being the second most populous country doesn't mean everyone's a Bill Gates and can buy everything American. You still have over 400 million people who sleep without proper beds!!!! So at the end, the American businesses and products may be targeted toward a similar pool of people like 100 Million Pakistanis vs. 250 Million Indians, of course India would still have more due to its population. But it won't be undermining Pakistan. You can count my words and put some toothpaste on your rear when it burns.
