If Trump is serious about terrorist states then he should look at mother Bharat first. It has supported terrorist groups across the whole region - LTTE, Mukhti Bahni, TTP, BLA, BRA - and continues to do so despite shouting through the roof about terrorism. Supporting that many groups, each responsible for killing tens of thousands of people (some much more than that) is no small feat. It is by far the biggest terrorist state in the region and probably the whole world.
