“How can another country enter another sovereign state to kill a person on an order?

We never ordered to kill Prabhakaran. He died when the war was still going.

But what law gives India the right to interfere politically in Sri Lanka over internal matter of Sri Lanka??? The Sri Lankan Tamils either are Sri Lankans and if they are NOT and they think they belong to India then Sri Lanka should kick all of them and send them to them to India.

The Head of State in Sri Lanka is the president (who has executive powers), not the prime minister - unlike in India. The post of PM is pretty much a figurehead post.
