How can you say that Hafiz Saeed is a Terrorist ? there are no forensic evidence against him , against Jamat-u-Dawa , he is still not proved as Terrorist in Court

Were Osama Bin Laden, Baitullah Mehsud, Illyas Kashmiri terrorists or Mujahids ? Is Hakeemullah Mehsud a terrorist? Have their crimes been proven in court?

..Plus also do explain the difference b/w Mujahid and terrorist?

As long they are fighting in Afghanistan, India etc and killing American or Indians,, they are Mujahids but when they start bombing Pakistanis, they become terrorists??

He makes a very good logic question. BJP which according to some commentators is destined to win the elections has been NAMED by the government itself to have conducted terrorist strikes.

If it wins, India is pretty much voting itself to be a terrorist state.

I am a bit confused here...... We have 2 sections (major one) of muslims in kerala - 1 sunni, 2 Mujahid..... They both goes to different mosques.... But none of mujahid are into jihad...... they are very moderate and peace loving people....

OBL trotted the globe before ending up in Abbotabad.
