Do you realize that highlighted part of news clip you are posting again and again is talking about last financial year, And Pakistan's last financial year was Jul-2017-2018, Current one is Jul-2018-Jun-2019?

And printing more currency should have resulted in devaluation of value which PLMN kept artificially on same levels by burning reserves? Had the PMLN not dictated the exchange rates and let the state bank do their work then situation would have been lot different.
