It is easier said than done given my work routine, however it is possible if It is recommended.
I had a friend who used to get severe attacks and i think it normally happens without warning it would leave him crippled or extremely miserable in bed for some hours, and its us who would rush the patient to emergency many times, then one day he fainted in the class and hit his head against some projection fro the wall , he did not have migraine that day, but was stressed out due to studies. Then he decided to go for a complete brain checkup, ct scan , mri to stay on safe side, everything came normal. But as of migraine he was prescribed some medications, then jab usko dard start honay lagta he wud immediately eat those tablets and guess what someone like him who would get such severe pain otherwise, would be saved from the attack getting worse. Medictaions had tremendously helped the person.
I am no longer in touch with the friend , else iwould have gotten meds names but ido know he got checked at doctors hospital in lahore.
As of keeping patterns, idunno why u found it difficult. When one is getting treatments for migrain the first thing ur doc tells u is to keep a record of two weeks or the duration he recommneds of the frequency of attacks and plus he also asks u tp record what is the intentsity of attacks on scale of 1-10 like my friend would rate his pain at 9 or really high.
I have an aunt who has suffered from it since her child and she still does and when she gets it shes easily down in bed for two three days its so bad. But since she is a housewife so things get managed. But for a guy who is working or studying it can definitely pose issues.
I can only pray for u and suggest u to go for ct scan and mris . Poora check up karna is always one of the best things to stay on safer side. At the moment i have a neurosurgeon in family lekin i am not on talking terms with the guy. And waisay since i am a nasty human so behind his back i call him a naqli doctor

Oh sorry ichecked that was sleeping pattern. I am not sure how much sleeping pattern effects migraine but stress does cause issues.
