But again I will remind you that we can't provide 100% proof without your own agencies looking into it. We can't conduct interviews and investigations inside Pakistan.

For our agencies to work Indians need to provide something credible. The "proofs" these guys provide for Dawood Ibrahim are so lame and baseless that it is very difficult for anyone to take them seriously. In fact they mostly use Dawood Ibrahim as a propaganda tool to keep refreshing the image of Pakistan as a villain to their populace. They just come up with some lame news report in their media with little or no substance. Nobody would take such propaganda seriously.

As for investigation about OBL operation, no investigation was stopped. The commission was formed for investigation which later submitted it report to the PM.
