Just look around, these people are every where. From the guy who throws a co passenger out of a moving train over an argument concerning a seat to the guy who kills for a mobile phone or a motor cycle to the family setting a new bride on fire because her father did not send a car to the guy who pushed the young girl under a bus because she resisted his advances. to the guy who shot another man because that man accidentally bumped into him and caused him to drop the plate of chicken tikkas he was carrying, they are every where. Russia has no monopoly over insanity.
