If two people are fighting with each other, if unfortunately one is dalit then local media person would report the local Congress leader instead of police. Then the media person would tell the leader "the rate" fro twisting the news and to give an agenda for the opposition.
The media person and dalit both take the money and use to twist the real fact of the fight. Suddenly, it will become "torture on dalit" in next day news headlines.
Same things are happening with most of Muslims cases.
Bcz opposition dont have any agenda to carry on and defeat the BJP. So they are creating "caste and religious " propaganda to tackle on BJP in 2019
But we are not fools as state elections had shown the mirror to congress.

Im not able to see the video and truth behind the story as link is not opening. So can't comment.
And im not denying that there are not some violent elements in the society , yes there are. But the way they present the picture of the whole of India is not true.
Its like if something is happening in the corner of Bluchistan and i starts blaming the whole general Pakistanis.
And India is a big country, these voilent elements are active in just 2 and 3 states mostly bcz of lack of education and political brainwashing.
The rest of India you can say peaceful like Antarctica.

You see the flaw in the law is that the investigating officer is only a dalat.
