Dalals overwhelmed by Jamatis in UK

Its funny actually.. this place is called Mother language Ground or something to honour 1952 struggle... Awamis (dalals) called for a protest here, but they had to leave because they were outnumbered by Jamat e Islami ( all the men in this video are Jamatis) .. They were singing and chanting---

Lot of Jamaati supporters and Razakars even Paqkistani ones live in London.

It's actually 4.6%.

The way they act here you would imagine 90% of Bangladeshis are bigoted Hindu-hating Jamatis eager for a Zaid Hamid type war with India.

We are a peaceful nation looking for peace, greater trade and to overcome poverty.

Bullsh*t!

Most of the Bengalis here in UK left Bangladesh in late 1960s or early 1970s so they still think Bangladesh is still going through civil war and Pakistan is some big evil creature and most of them still hate Pakistan with passion.

If you don't believe me ask any of the Bengalis living in the UK.

Most of the Bengalis in the UK are Sylhetis like me. They/we don't hate Pakistan with a passion.

Some Bengalis and Pakistanis get on very well, there is intermarriage.

Some Pakistanis hate us in the UK and look at us as inferior.

Up north it's quite bad with the Mirpuris.

Anyway I'd prefer not to dwell on this topic too much in a Pakistani forum.

As for the person who started this thread and started calling people "dalals", I do not encourage physical confrontation between any group of Bangladeshis (I have said the police should not kill Jamati protestors) as that is not how a civilized nation behaves (Jamatis and rezakars are not civilized but are animals) but I have to point out that this park is right next to the Jamati base in the UK itself, the East London Mosque which is run by Jamatis.

The person, never having been to London or the UK, would of course not know that.

Other than that this is a pretty meaningless thread opened to compensate for the fact that protests in Bangladesh clearly show the Bangladeshi nation hates Jamat and rezakars.

* Just to add I do not believe expatriate communities of Bangladeshis should import political schisms or differences from their original homeland to a foreign country of which they are citizens of. Please keep village politics, BNP/Jamat/Awami in Bangladesh.

We Bangladeshis here in the UK have our own set of problems which affect us regardless of political ideology not that university kids from Dhaka would know or understand.

Exactly! Because it will hard to call millions of protesters RAW agents or dalals. So they have to rely on 'Ohh see! It doesn't matter what Bangladeshis think, but Bengalis in UK are very pro-Jamaatis' but obviously people living in UK like you expose them.

The Indians hate anything that sounds Muslims for them anyone with a Muslim name in BD is a jamati.

Hmm..not nice to read that, especially the bit about clashes (verbal I guess). Anyway I find the best thing to do is to stay away from such stuff and just focusing on improving oneself and ones own community.

Yes, I misunderstood you earlier, the Jamatis on here are trying to compensate by their lack of support in Bangladesh (where they get 4.6% of the votes) by highlighting some event in a park less than 100 metres away from the main Jamati mosque in Europe, which can accommodate thousands and thousands of people.

Anyway let's leave discussion about Pakistan out of this thread.
