Myesha Shafi and Ali Zafar case is the recent example where she accused Ali and then flied out of country when Ali filed defamation.
Proving also is a challenge in itself mainly because the one accusing isn't 100% clean herself so she hesitate to keep or produce proofs as such proves can come from other side too.
And of course Innocent until proven guilty is what we all must understand whether it be Rehman Malik of Allah Rakha....
We people aren't law, its not our jurisdiction.

i won't bring the judiciary in this debate as it is sole purpose of the government media wing to malign them.

PPP should be banned as a political party for corruption, Jali accounts, miss using government funds, BISP corruption and not proving clean drinking water, food and basic healthcare facilities to the people of Sindh.

Rehman Malik is accused of raping her.

She also accused Yusuf Raza Gillani (then Prime Minister) and another Federal Minister (Makhdoom Shahabuddin) of groping and sexually harassing her.

What Pakistanis really need to worry about is that these were men in the highest echelons of power and with enormous influence (Prime Minister, Interior Minister). All those rumors of what Hussain Haqqani did as Ambassador to the US & what Rehman Malik did as interior minister, to facilitate US espionage and undermine Pakistani national security, I see no reason to doubt those accounts when men like these were running the country and in positions of influence.

But sadly none were ever taken to cleaners. The Salaha Check post attack, the OBL raid, the memo gate scandal, Kerry Luger Bill, all happened in the glorious days of PPP, even Indians came in and Zardari said Glati sa ahh ga hoon ga. The Chief Security Officer of GIllani was telling on live TV how Ajmal Kasab is a Pakistani. Pakistanis have a very short memory otherwise party like PPP should had long being demolished and its band of thieves Zardari and 40 chors should had been hanged with the nearest pole. Not one politician is ever made an example in Pakistan and hence this circle of treason continues unabated.

She and the PTM have abused the State & institutions, sowed ethnic divisions, spewed vile and racist comments and been caught outright lying. Nothing Cynthia has done compares to Gulalai and PTM's actions.

On the subject of Ayesha Gulalai - was she sexually assaulted by the PTI leadership?

She claims to have received inappropriate text messages from Imran Khan, which, if true, should still be condemned as inappropriate, but it doesn’t reach the level of a crime like sexual assault. She’s also never shared those alleged text messages.

Text messages are something that could have been easily verified if she had provided the details.

So even here I see no comparison between Cynthia and ‘the other Gulalai’.
