just those 2 arab countries using mi-24 , Libya also but there isn't any government in Libya and Syria.

To be honest... I think Mi 24 are in bad shape from what I heard...

Croatian army didn't use them for over a decade and corruption in goverment and incompentence took its toll. Though in last few years in changed. Finally modernization.
