Creation of Hazara Province

South punjab including Bahawalpur is 1/3 of punjab population. After that no province will have majority of population in Pakistan.

Punjab should be divided in 2 provinces of equal population or in 3 provinces north south and east Punjab
North Punjab = Mianwali Khushab Sargodha Rawalpindi Attock Chakwal Jhelum etc
Few more districts should be added in South Punjab like Bhakkar Jhang Toba Pakpattan etc
Remaining districts east Punjab
And all these provinces should be created at same time
In reality all province demands are on language or ethnic basis
