There's no way we will not catch the virus, even with fresh air circulation, but if the infected person is at the front and the wind blows directly to us, we can still be infected as well. But who know if someone is pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic?

Even outdoor, we can still catch the virus from the direction of the wind, but in smaller change.
