I would much rather be low IQ than being act like a dumbass who try to hide their own frustration...….But then you hide behind a flag, so I guess this come with territories.

Low intelligence runs in the family probably, cannot be helped but accept these individuals are found on every society. Pity on these people especially their related family members.

I don't throw stuff like IQ around like many Chinese member here, but sometime this worth mention every once in a while. But....

It is not what a person eat, but how a person prepare the meat that is the problem, people eat weird stuff all over the world, but only in China and Africa this turn into deadly outbreak. In China, even normal food like chicken and pork have lead to avian/bird flu and swine flu outbreak. So this is not just weird meat, but unclean weird meat that prepare in an unclean way.

If you clean a meat enough, and cook it well enough, I don't care if that is bat, civet, or monkey, it would be safe for human consumption, if you did not clean the mean well enough nor cook it well enough, then even normal meat like Chicken, Beef, Pig, or Sheep are a threat.

To answer the question, yes, Vietnamese eating mice can cause outbreak BUT THEY DIDN'T.
